Return & Refund Policy — SNG-Enterprises
At SNG-Enterprises, we aim to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you encounter any issue with your order, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to assist you with quick and fair resolutions.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of colour/design, or measurement preferences unless the item is defective.
2. How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us in writing via email at:

When contacting us, include the following details to speed up the process:

Product Code & Description

Photo and/or video evidence of the issue

Clear description of the problem (Damaged / Incorrect Item)
Our Admin Team will review your request and provide the next steps.
3. Replacement or Refund
Once your claim is verified:
For Damaged or Incorrect Items
You are eligible for either:

A free replacement, or
-
A full refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
For Missing Items
Missing items will be:

Replaced, or
-
Credited to your account after verification.
4. Return Pickup Process

In eligible cases, SNG-Enterprises will arrange reverse pickup (where available).

Customers must ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

In locations where pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the product back, and we will reimburse the shipping cost (for approved cases only).
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

Products sold on clearance

Items altered or customised as per customer request

Goods purchased in bulk quantities for wholesale

Used or partially used products
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible — however, quality-related issues will be handled under our Return & Refund guidelines.
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

First, check your bank account or payment provider.

Then contact your bank for processing updates.
