Is there a delivery charge?
Minimum Order Value:
A minimum order of ₹2,000 is required for all customers across India.
Can I amend the delivery address for my order?
Yes. Please contact the Sales Team at +91-XXXX-XXX-XXX immediately so the change can be made before dispatch.
Can I add a new delivery address when I order?
Yes, there are two simple options:
1. Add a permanent address to your account:
Use our Contact Us form and request that a new address be added to your customer profile.
2. Add a temporary address during checkout:
When placing an order online:

Click “Add new address for this order” on the cart page.

Enter your pincode and select the correct address from the dropdown.

Ensure your business name is included.

Click “Done” and verify that the new address is displayed correctly.

If you want this address saved permanently, mention it in the order notes before submitting your order.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Our Sales Team will contact you for payment (if order is pro-forma) and coordinate either collection or delivery. Please inform us if you prefer self-collection.
Can I specify a named day for delivery?
While placing an order online, you can select a week commencing date for delivery.
If you require a specific delivery date, add it in the order notes.
Our Sales Team will do their best to accommodate your request, keeping in mind busy or festive seasons.
Can I track my order or delivery?

Will there be a delivery note?
Yes. Every order is delivered with a delivery note.
We recommend checking your items upon delivery or shortly after.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you were unavailable to receive your order, please contact the Sales Team as soon as possible for redelivery arrangements.
